Minimum Salary Starting At: $43,892

The Department of Environmental Quality’s Office of Training Services in the Division of Administration seeks a qualified applicant to design, develop, and deliver training to educate and inform stakeholders of Stormwater Management and Erosion regulations, primarily as it relates to conducting inspections. The person in this position will use a combination of online and traditional training approaches. They will gather data from technical subject matter experts, conduct needs assessments, and develop timetables for implementation. They will also work collaboratively with stakeholders and staff to identify initiatives to improve training activities, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications: Qualifications include considerable knowledge of stormwater management and erosion and sediment control regulations.

Qualifications preferred but not required: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in environmental science or engineering, education, human resources, management/communications, business, or related field. Equivalent work experience in office management, training, communications, and technology may substitute for a degree.
