The North Coast Regional Water Board has an opening for an Environmental Scientist in the Enforcement Unit.  The position location is 5550 Skylane Blvd., Ste. A, Santa Rosa, CA, 95403.

 AND

Duties:

Under the close supervision of a Senior Water Resource Control Engineer the incumbent will perform compliance review of regulated facilities; inspect and investigate regulated and unregulated facilities; assess the impacts of site development and operations on the quality and beneficial uses of surface and groundwater; develop enforcement orders/actions; make recommendations for site cleanup, restoration, and mitigation; oversee compliance efforts; collect and document evidence in written reports, and track and record information in electronic filing systems and databases.
